Range Industries accepts returns of unused products within 30 days of being received by the customer. Please contact our sales team at to coordinate the return. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping will be deducted from refund amount.


  Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days after processing; however some items are "made to order" and may incur additional build and lead times. Shipping will be arranged by the most economical method, usually USPS, UPS or FedEx.

 WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX. Any shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subject to additional costs. Each order is carefully packed and checked before they are given to the carrier. 

  If you have received a wrong part, contact us immediately and proper actions will be taken to resolve the matter. Should you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please inspect in presence of carrier before signing. 
All claims for damages and/or loss must be made immediately to the carrier within 7 days. Range Industries will ship you replacement item(s) after the claim has been processed and resolved. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued for the item(s).

  We are not responsible for any missing or stolen products from your property. Packages missing from the stated address is the customers responsibility. We will assist to initiate a shipping carrier investigation. This process may take up to 7-14 business days. If the shipping carrier concludes that the packages was delivered correctly through their procedures, then we are not responsible for a reimbursement or a replacement products.

  Some orders and items may be fulfilled through manufactures, secondary suppliers, or distribution centers to ensure the fastest arrival date. 


Order Modifications

Order Modification Requests are not automated. Our service specialists manually handle these requests at the beginning and end of each business day within our hours of operation. While we never anticipate delays in response, they can happen during higher-than-normal support volume. You will receive a detailed confirmation of this request upon submission.
If an issue with the order results from a verified mistake of Range Industries e.g., stocking or fitment discrepancy, incorrect product shipped, etc., we will waive any applicable fees normally incurred. If you believe this is the case, our team will investigate the request further to ensure we offer an adequate resolution.

Order Cancellation
You can request an exchange or cancellation on an unfulfilled order so long as the product has not been processed for shipment. In-stock items shipping from our warehouse are usually processed the same day. The order has likely been shipped, and we reserve the right to deny this request.
You would be denied a standard cancellation if you paid for this order using one of our third-party financing options. Instead, you will be offered the option to exchange the product for an alternative or receive a store credit in the form of a digital gift card used towards a new order.
Each item's availability status is explicitly mentioned on the product listings. Items said to be any of the following will result in a cancellation fee of 5% to be deducted from the refund amount upon request approval.
Order Return
You can request an exchange or return on an already fulfilled order if the product is returned in new, sellable condition. If this form is submitted incorrectly and the product is received with signs of installation or damage not mentioned, we reserve the right to deny this request, and additional fees may be incurred. Open Box, Special Order, and Discontinued items are ineligible for return.
You must wait for the approval/denial of the return request before returning the product. Failure to wait for an approved RMA (returned merchandise authorization) will likely incur additional fees and shipping charges to be deducted. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM THIS FEE, this covers our processing, shipping, etc. Opting for store credit or exchange will waive the restocking fee. Shipping charges and Extend Shipping Protection are non-refundable. The original shipping charges will apply for orders with Free Shipping. Customers will be liable for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by our team.
Returns will be accepted only within 30 days from the delivery date.

Order Address Change
You can request an address change for both an unfulfilled or fulfilled order. If the order has not been processed for shipment, we can accommodate these changes with our warehouse. Remember that orders being drop shipped from the manufacturer may take longer or be denied any changes. If the order has been processed for shipment or you've been provided a tracking number, we must request the modification with the shipping courier. However, these are often denied due to their status during transit.
If/when approved by the courier, redirect fees are incurred and would need to be invoiced to you separately from the order before proceeding. We are not liable for incorrect addresses being provided during checkout, especially due to autofill from your device.
