Range Industries One-Year Limited Warranty 

1. Warranty Coverage:
Range Industries guarantees that the aftermarket automotive product purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

During the warranty period, if the part is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, Range Industries will, at its discretion:

  • Repair: The part will be repaired using new or refurbished components.
  • Replacement: The defective part will be replaced with a new or refurbished part that is equivalent in performance and quality.

2. Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Improper Installation: Including failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions, incorrect alignment, or use of incompatible parts.
  • Abuse or Misuse: Including but not limited to accidents, impacts, overloading, use beyond the specified capacity, or use for purposes other than intended.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications, repairs, or adjustments made by unauthorized persons or unqualified mechanics.
  • Environmental Conditions: Exposure to chemicals, salt, water immersion, fire, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors that could affect the part’s performance.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Degradation or wear is considered normal with regular use of the part.
  • Racing and Off-Road Use: Parts used in racing, competition, off-road conditions, or other high-stress environments unless explicitly approved by Range Industries.
  • Consequential Damages: Including but not limited to towing, labor costs, vehicle damage, loss of time, or any other incidental expenses related to the failure of the part.

3. Installation Requirements:
This warranty is valid only if the aftermarket automotive product is installed by a certified automotive professional or mechanic. The customer must provide proof of professional installation (e.g., installation invoice, photos, media, certification of the installer, etc.) when submitting a warranty claim. Improper Self-installation or installation by an uncertified individual voids this warranty.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at 619-672-8461 or sales@range-industries.com within the warranty period, providing your proof of purchase (such as a sales receipt) and proof of professional installation.

  2. Description of the Problem: Provide a detailed description of the issue, including when and how the defect was identified. Additional supporting information, such as photos or videos, may be requested.

  3. Return Process: If instructed, return the defective part to Rage Industries or an authorized service center at your expense. The part must be returned in reasonable condition and packaged securely to avoid further damage during shipping.

  4. Inspection and Decision: Upon receipt, the part will be inspected to verify the defect. If the defect is verified and covered under this warranty, Range Industries will repair, replace, or refund the part as described in Section 1.

5. Limitation of Liability:
Range Industries' responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective part. In no event shall Range Industries be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, loss of use, personal injury, loss of income, or costs related to towing, labor, or diagnostics.

6. Warranty Limitations and Conditions:

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.
  • This warranty does not extend to any third-party or aftermarket parts not manufactured by Range Industries, even if used in conjunction with our parts.
  • Replacement parts are covered under this warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This warranty is governed by the laws of San Diego, California. Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Diego, California.
